Co-Founder
Shane Day is a Settler-Canadian of English/Irish Heritage from Peterborough, Ontario. A graduate from the Creative Writing Program at Concordia University in Montreal, and an alumni of the Cinema Studies program at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, the Netherlands, Shane is first and foremost a story-teller whose heart belongs to Cinema.
He is the co-founder of Skinner Street Films as well as a writer, director and producer

JON WARNE
Co-Founder
As co-founder of Skinner Street, Jon has produced several shorts that have gone on to win awards at festivals both at home and internationally, and find distribution on platforms such as Alter and Air Canada.
Jon previously worked as a Production Manager for a post-production company where his credits include Warner Bros’. Batman vs Superman, Captain America: Civil War, Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them, and Wonder Woman.
Jon is passionate about genre filmmaking, and loves all things strange and unusual.
